| The pressures you posted don't suggest a clog at all. If the system was clogged, the high side would be extremely high since there would be no relief. I can think of two possible problems. Either your compressor isn't compressing or your throttle suction valve isn't working. The throttle suction valve is supposed to regulate the system and it's in the airbox where you have the arrow. Unfortunately, they don't make them any more, but you can find used airboxes on the market. I would start there since the system was working before you tore it down. I doubt your compressor went bad.
